MEETING REGISTRATION FEES:

AHMI MEMBER - $230 per person GUEST - $330 per person

MEMBER SPOUSE - $120 GUEST’S SPOUSE - $220

CHILDREN 12 & OLDER $40 CHILDREN UNDER 12 FREE!

Full registration will be refunded on cancellations received by July 10, 2009. Cancellations received after that time will be subject to 50% forfeiture.
